Kinesio Tape Technique

Kinesio Tape is a breakthrough in therapeutic sports taping and can be applied over muscles and joints to reduce pain and inflammation while relaxing and/or supporting muscles in movement. It is a non-restrictive type of taping which allows for full range of motion and can be left on for 3 to 5 days during activity, washing, and even sleeping. Click here to find out more.

Sports Injury Rehabilitation

Sports Injury Rehabilitation including IFC, TENS, Ultrasound Therapy, exercise prescription, and balance retaining activity may be used as well.
